This very clean and well maintained home is in Middle Creek subdivision. Here is a Google Map of the location. Middle Creek is an established neighborhood of single family homes and it is only a few minutes drive to post or to the mall. It is a very green subdivision; lots of trees and yards. Additionally, for anyone who has school-aged children, the elementary school is located right in the neighborhood.

This home is very well cared for by the owners and they have done significant upgrades in the last few years. Country Club North, an established neighborhood of well tended, executive style & single family homes here in Fayetteville, NC.  The neighborhood features wide streets–well maintained with bike lanes–gentle hills, & dense green foliage. Country Club North is a peaceful neighborhood, very conveniently located.  Here is a Google Map of the location.

I originally wrote a post about this home when I first put it on the market.  You will want to read it to see a full description of the home. The only thing that has changed is the price.  This is still a home that you will want to see!

Notice how well maintained the home is, and the elegance of the formal rooms.  Also notice how the kitchen is so large and open to the greatroom.  That’s a perfect space for having friends and family together during special times like holidays or gatherings.

My favorite scene is the master suite. It is just huge, and it has 3 walk-in closets, a separate 6 foot closet and a linen closet.  I also love that all the bedrooms are large and 2 of the other 3 bedrooms also have walk-in closets for storage.

Maybe my next favorite scene is the backyard, with its lush green grass, fencing, and large deck made just for entertaining and relaxing.

This 4 bedroom home is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to be close to post, without long commute times, in an established, but well-tended neighborhood. But now, it can be had for an even better price!

I never get tired of being a Realtor! Although some days are long and hard and I’m dragging when I get home, there are so often days like today, when my afternoon lights up with multiple agents giving me offers on one of my listings.

It’s no surprise, really, I kind of expected a lot of interest in this particular listing. I put it on the market on Monday, posted a lot of pictures and a video, and got 4 showing notifications yesterday.  It’s a great home, and it’s in a very desirable location–good school district, central location, easy commute times to anywhere–and it has so many great upgrades and features.

My sellers were very willing to listen to me and they did everything my home stager recommended.  When we went to shoot photos on Sunday, my husband and I thought we might like to buy it!

Of course, I say that about so many houses I list or sell. I guess I just love beautiful houses.

And even more, I love when I go see my sellers like I will this evening, and I get to help them sell a home they’ve put so much time, money and love into.  I just always am struck that my clients have so many memories in the homes that they’re selling.

Knowing that they have buyers who love this home as much as they do will make it a lot easier for them to move on to new memories.

I am so excited about my newest listing! It has so many features that buyers are looking for, including a glamorous kitchen, a comfortable sunroom and a large in-law suite!

What a wonderful home in the Terry Sanford School District. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and it is in one of the most desired areas of town. It is centrally located, with short commuting times to anywhere you want to go. Here is a Google map of the location.

The upgrades in this home are very well done. The home features a formal living room, kitchen with separate eat-in area and pantry, master bedroom with full bath, in-law suite with all appliances and full bath, sunroom, deck, and above ground pool with deck. It also features hardwood floors throughout the main rooms, tile in the sunroom, and carpet in the in-law suite.
The formal living room is located on the front of the home, and features hardwood floors, crown molding, and double windows for pleasing natural light. An eye-catching feature is the wide door openings from the living room to the kitchen and then into the sunroom; very well designed.

Kitchen
