Schools
Perhaps the most sought after information for home buyers is the quality of schools in the area in which they are buying a home. It’s often difficult to get accurate information about schools, and sometimes even finding the schools that service the neighborhoods you are considering can be a challenge. Well, here are some tools to help you do your “home”work!
Where is my School?
If you are doing research on homes using many of the popular real estate search portals, those sites may or may not display school names and information for the homes you are viewing. Here’s how you can find the schools for each property address you’re considering. This tool is from the website for the Cumberland County (Fayetteville) School District. Click on the button labelled “Find Your School.” A search page will open in a new window, and you can enter the address of the property you are viewing to find the elementary, middle, and high schools for the neighborhood.
Hoke County and Harnett County School websites do not have a similar search feature. However, you can find more information and phone directories by visiting their websites.
