I joined Keller Williams Realty as a part-owner of the Fayetteville market center and real estate broker several years ago. It is the best career choice I have made.
Quite simply, I chose Keller Williams for 2 very distinct reasons:
- I wanted to keep more of my own money instead of giving it to my broker; and,
- I wanted to learn how to generate my own business instead of relying on phone duty, relocation referrals that take most of your commission, or doing my time in a company until it became my turn to get the new construction business the owner might want to send my way.

My first move upon joining the company was to buy and read The Millionaire Real Estate Agent. It was an eye opening book for me, and it taught me a new way to look at my business, and my life, and how to do better in each. Since that time, I’ve learned how to generate my own business and I’ve had my most successsful years in the business.
During these years at Keller Williams Realty, I’ve bought, grown and sold a property management business; I’ve taken time off to have two baby girls; and I’ve still helped my clients buy and sell their homes. I’ve done that with the support, help and training of my company.
Now, as I resume my sales business more fully, I’m looking forward to the opportunity to put more of my training into practice. Even in a slower market, I’m excited about growing my business and helping my clients.
It’s true that there have been a lot of growing pains in the Fayetteville Keller Williams market center. But, we have established a culture of support, training and responsibility and our office is growing with qualified and professional agents.
